A verified licence, not a self-submission

Every listing here begins with the regulator. Company secretaries and corporate service providers come from the Companies Registry's Trust or Company Service Provider licensee register; accountants from the HKICPA practice list; law firms from the Law Society's roll. The licence number on your profile is the one the regulator issued, and we re-check it and show the date we last looked.

Anyone can type their details into a directory. Very few directories can show a buyer that a third party has confirmed them.

A citation search engines trust

A citation is a mention of your firm's name, address and phone number on a site other than your own, and consistency across those mentions is one of the signals search engines use to decide a business is real, current and where it says it is.

Your details here are anchored to the register rather than to a form somebody filled in, which makes this one of the strongest citations available to a Hong Kong corporate services firm. It is indexed, in the sitemap, and live from the day you publish.

Machine-readable for AI answers

Every profile publishes schema.org ProfessionalService markup: legal name in English and Chinese, registered address, district, licence number, and the services you offer. Search engines and answer engines read that directly instead of guessing it from your page copy.

The licence number matters more than anything else in that block. It is what separates you from the four other firms with a similar name, and it gives a machine a unique, checkable identifier to attach your details to.

In front of buyers at the decision

This directory sits inside several hundred pages answering the questions Hong Kong companies ask immediately before they hire someone: what a company secretary must do under Cap. 622, when the annual return is due, what happens when the significant controllers register is inspected, how to change a service provider.

Someone who reaches your profile has usually just read the page explaining the problem you solve. That is a different visitor from somebody browsing a list of firms.

Pay per lead, not per click

Advertising a corporate services firm on search costs several Hong Kong dollars a click. You pay for the bounces, the competitors checking your pricing, and the fraud, and you get no contact details for any of them.
