The guidance

Everything published here is general information about Hong Kong company administration. It is not legal, tax or accounting advice, it does not create a professional relationship of any kind, and it cannot account for your circumstances. Statutory fees and filing dates change. Verify anything you intend to act on against the cited source or a licensed adviser.

The directory

A listing is not a recommendation. "Verified" means a licence number matched a public register on the date shown, nothing more - not that the firm is competent, solvent, or right for you. Check any credential yourself before engaging anyone; every listing links to the register it came from.

Any engagement you enter into is between you and that firm. We are not a party to it and take no responsibility for the work.

Credits and billing

Credits buy access to enquiries and to enhanced listings. They are not money, are not refundable for cash, and do not expire while an account is open. A lead that turns out to be a duplicate, a wrong number, or outside the category it was sold under can be disputed, and a upheld dispute returns the credits.

Acceptable use

Enquiry details are provided for quoting on the work described. Using them for unrelated marketing, or passing them to anyone else, ends the account and forfeits the balance.

Liability

The site is provided as it stands. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on the guidance, from a directory listing, or from any dealing with a listed firm. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
